1. Can I change my order items after I have received the order confirmation via email?
Once confirmed order are final and unchangeable, please double check your order details before submitting your payment
2. Does my order include duties and taxes?
All orders DO NOT include duties and taxes. Your order may incur these charges if your country imposes duties and taxes on goods arriving into your country.
3. How do I know if my payment is successful?
You will receive an email notification from our website and our payment gateway notifying the status of your payment.
4. What is your operating hours?
Our team is available Monday- Saturday from 09.00-21.00 (GMT+7) Indonesia, Jakarta Time.
1. How long is your handling time?
Our handling time is normally 3-5 business days. Once your item shipped out you will be given a tracking number where you can track your package online.
2. What shipping courier that you will use?
We are using EMS or UPS depending on your location and choosing the fastest arrival time. For EMS delivery will be completed by the local postal service provider at the destination country.

The only reasons for return accepted are : The Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on
(a) the Website on the date of purchase; or
(b) the Product delivered is expired or damaged.
2. Product returned back to us, MUST :
(a) Unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed;
(b) In their original packaging;
(c) Unopened and unmarked and
(d) Returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
Otherwise return will be Rejected.
